Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your purchasing details.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rockboxtoys.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unreasonable returns policy - Please note that in purchasing the same product in quantities of 5 units or more you will NOT be eligible for returns on that particular product.
The customer is responsible for return postage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged (see below) or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.
As a retailer, we look over the products to ensure they the items are correct and discard any obviously defective items. We do not consider corner scuffs, dents, or folds as damage or defective.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As a mass produced toy line, there are variations in the manufacturing process that do occur. This can include but is not limited to paint defects and products flaws. These are all considered "minor variations". We will not be replacing or refunding products that have "minor variations". The products are still fit for their intended purpose, which is a fun collectable toy to play with or display.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
