Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

To cancel or arrange a return, email info@rockboxtoys.co.uk with your order number or proof of purchase.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel without giving a reason from when you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If your order arrives in separate deliveries, this period runs from receipt of the last item.

Tell us you wish to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days. You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Opening packaging does not automatically prevent a return. Where the law allows, we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Please pack returns securely, including any supplied protectors and accessories, and keep proof of posting.

Our additional 30-day returns offer

We also accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery. After the statutory cancellation period, this additional offer applies only to unused, unopened goods in their original packaging.

Return them within 14 days of notifying us. We refund the goods within 14 days of receipt. Original delivery charges are not refunded under this additional offer.

These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong, email us so we can arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement under your consumer rights.

We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights continue beyond our voluntary 30-day returns period.

Refunds following cancellation

For statutory cancellations, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier.

Refunds use your original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the basic outbound delivery charge.
