Return Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided

To request a return, please contact us at info@rockboxtoys.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return postage.


Collectables & Manufacturing Variations (Important)

Funko Pop figures are mass-produced collectable items. As such, minor manufacturing variations are inherent and unavoidable.

The following are not considered faults or damage and do not qualify for returns or refunds:
- Minor paint imperfections
- Slight colour variation
- Minor box corner scuffs or light shelf wear
- Small creases, folds, or surface marks
- Minor print or alignment inconsistencies

These characteristics do not affect the item’s intended purpose as a collectable display or toy and are considered standard for this product category.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:
- Severely damaged in transit, or
- Incorrect compared to the order placed

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence, so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Quantity Limits & Return Abuse Prevention

To ensure fair access and prevent abuse:
- Orders are limited to 2 units per item
- Purchases of 5 units or more of the same product (where applicable) are considered bulk purchases and are not eligible for discretionary returns, except where required by UK consumer law for faulty items


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items with disclosed or inherent manufacturing variations
- Opened or used items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, please place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing times depend on your bank or card provider
