Are your Funko Pops genuine?

Yes. Every Funko Pop sold by Rock Box Toys is authentic and sourced directly from Funko or through an authorised distributor.

Will I receive the sticker shown in the images?

Yes. The sticker displayed in the product images is the sticker supplied. We do not replace an advertised retailer, convention or regional sticker with a different version.

Is a Pop protector included?

Yes. Every Funko Pop is supplied already fitted inside a high-quality clear protector at no extra cost.

Can I buy Pop protectors separately?

Yes. Our Pop Protectors collection includes POP JUNKIE ZERO 0.7mm protector cases in packs of five, designed for standard 4-inch Funko Pop boxes. Check the product page for current availability. Our protector guide explains fit, thickness, assembly and care.

How is my order packed?

Your Pop is protected inside its fitted clear case and then bubble-wrapped before being placed into its outer shipping packaging.

Why do you only have a small number of Pops available?

Our range is deliberately curated. Rather than trying to stock every current release, we buy selected Pops in quantity and focus on popular characters, sought-after editions and products that can be harder to find through general retail.

This keeps the range focused and means it changes regularly. New products arrive frequently, but some allocations are limited and may not be available again once sold.

How often do new products arrive?

New Funko Pops are added frequently rather than on a fixed release day. Check our Latest Arrivals collection to see what has recently been added.

Will a sold-out Pop be restocked?

Sometimes, but restocks cannot be guaranteed. Many products are bought in limited allocations, and availability depends on Funko and authorised distributor stock.

What condition are the products in?

Products are sold as brand new and unopened unless the individual listing clearly says otherwise. We do not describe products as mint because collectible packaging can have minor manufacturing variations.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £4.99 per order. Dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be provided when available.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Our current standard delivery service is for UK addresses.

What if my order arrives damaged or does not match the listing?

Please contact Rock Box Toys Customer Support as soon as possible and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help in line with our Refund Policy.
