We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges and times

Tracked Delivery: £3.99 per order, regardless of order value.

Orders are prepared within 1 working day after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or public holidays. Your statutory delivery rights are unaffected.

Packaging and protectors

All orders are securely packed. Standard 4-inch Funko Pops include a clear protector at no extra cost.

Oversized figures, multipacks, Pop Rides and other non-standard formats do not include a protector unless stated on the product page.

Delivery problems

For address corrections, delayed deliveries or damaged parcels, email info@rockboxtoys.co.uk. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

We remain responsible for parcels sent through our delivery services until they reach you or your nominated recipient.
