United Kingdom Shipping Only

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Rates

We offer two tracked UK delivery options:

Standard Tracked Delivery – £4.99
Estimated delivery in 2–3 days

Priority Tracked Delivery – £7.99
Estimated next-day delivery

Shipping is charged on all orders. We do not currently offer a free delivery threshold.

Available delivery options and charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Orders are automatically sent for fulfilment once payment has been confirmed.

Orders are fulfilled through our UK fulfilment network and dispatched using tracked delivery services.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

All Funko Pops are supplied with a Pop Protector included.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather, UK public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Where a different delivery estimate is displayed at checkout, the estimate shown at checkout will apply to that order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfilment, we may be unable to amend the delivery address or cancel the shipment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@rockboxtoys.co.uk and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Shipping & Returns

For information regarding returns, return postage and refunds of delivery charges, please refer to our Return Policy.

Where required by your statutory cancellation rights, standard delivery charges will be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or priority delivery service may not be refundable.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
