Track with Royal Mail
Have your tracking reference ready. You will find it in your dispatch email or on your order-status page. It is different from your Rock Box Toys order number.

Still waiting for dispatch?
Allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare and dispatch an in-stock order. Your tracking reference becomes available when dispatch is confirmed. Check your email, including your junk folder, or use the order-status link in your order confirmation.
When should my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days from placing your order, including preparation and delivery. For this overall estimate, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after posting, including Saturdays. This is a delivery aim, not a guaranteed 48-hour service from the time you order. Delivery can take longer around bank holidays, during disruption or to some destinations.
Tracking not updating yet?
A tracking reference can be created before Royal Mail receives or scans the parcel. If tracking says Royal Mail is expecting your item, check again after the first scan. If your order is outside our estimated delivery window, or you are concerned about an update, contact us and we will help.
More than one parcel, or an earlier order?
If your order has more than one tracking reference, check each parcel separately. For an earlier order sent with another carrier, use the tracking link in that order’s dispatch email.
